Dead face

I just downloaded this game a couple minutes ago and its already giving me problems!! It keeps force closing and when I finally get to watch the video it force closed again!!! It has already force closed on me about 4 times and I just downloaded it!! Please fix ASAP because it looks like a good ap but I would never know if it is or not if it keeps doing this
